WHAT WE DO
Our goal is to spread community awareness in the hopes that the stereotypical mindset of what Tourette Syndrome is can be altered to what an individual with TS truly lives with on a daily basis. We want to educate and support our educators and leaders on how to ensure success for those with TS by implementing programs and providing resources to better achieve that goal! Finally, we have the desire to support medical research and school systems through fundraising efforts as to further the understanding of how TS impacts the lives of those who have been diagnosed.

We are a Non-Profit Organization with 501C3. Our group can be found on IRS.GOV and all Donations through our site will provided an automated receipt with all required information.

FROM IDEA TO REALITY: THE EVOLUTION OF IOWA TOURETTE'S ADVOCACY AND AWARENESS
In early 2023, our youngest son Wyatt, who is 8 years old was diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrome. As parents, we immediately began to seek out information, support and help to create a foundation of knowledge as we moved forward in life. We soon found out that Iowa lacked the resources at the State level that those thriving with Tourette's needed. What started as planning a simple community event to spread awareness, soon turned into an outpouring of support, not only from our community from individuals and companies across the country. Those incredible people were the reason that our Nonprofit Organization now exists! (Picture to the left painted by Wyatt!)
1st Annual "Tossing For Tourette's" Cornhole Tourney!
Tourette's Awareness Month is May 15th to June 15th. On June 10th, in Fairfield Iowa we will be having our 1st Annual "Tossing for Tourette's" Cornhole Tourney! It doesn't just stop there however. There will be a free lunch, bounce houses, a DJ, Free haircuts for Kids, painting station, "Tween" gaming station, free event t-shirts, swag bags and silent auction! Click link for details!
